1. Foreign Sourcing Coordinator

• Job Description:
  • Responsible for efficient procurement of foreign goods and services for HCSC.
  • Facilitate procurement in adherence to HCSC guidelines and regulations.
  • Initiate and process requests for quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market surveys, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a procurement position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

2. Accounting

• Purpose of the Job:
  • Support financial decision-making by implementing standard financial accounting and reporting systems.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Analyze financial data and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Maintain tax-related documentation and liaise with tax authorities.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
  • Three years of directly related experience.
