Job Description:

The Officer, Litigation, at Zemen Bank, will play a crucial role in implementing strategies, policies, and procedures for the debt recovery section. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, filing suits in court, attending court appointments, conducting legal research, preparing written legal arguments, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Technical Competency:

• Draft pleadings for relevant cases.
• File suits in a court of law against the bank.
• Attend court appointments as scheduled.
• Research laws, cases, and relevant literature on court cases handled by the section.
• Assist in the preparation of written legal arguments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Law.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years at the Officer level II/III or equivalent.
