1. Human Resources Manager
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Salary: Negotiable
Skills and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, focusing on creating an enabling work environment.
Competencies/Prerequisites:
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with an emphasis on fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices.
2. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Salary: Negotiable
Skills and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, focusing on creating an enabling work environment.
Competencies/Prerequisites:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role within a business sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven HR decisions.
