Position: Junior IT Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

• Provide network support and resolve network issues
• Provide user support on various available Bank’s systems
• Provide support and hardware maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and related devices
• Install and configure computer hardware and required software

Skill and Education Background:

• Graduates of years 2020, 2021, and 2022 G.C with a BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study
• 1 to 2 years of IT support experience, including computer and printer hardware maintenance hands-on experience
