Eshi Express: Office Manager Vacancy for Fresh Graduates

Eshi Express is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as an Office Manager. As a symbol of possibility, we aim to embrace new opportunities and drive growth since our establishment in 2017.

Position: Office Manager

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA degree from a recognized university (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent organizational abilities with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic, as well as proficiency in the local language spoken in the area

Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Manage information flow efficiently and accurately
  • Schedule and coordinate executives’ calendars and meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
  • Track daily expenses and prepare regular reports
  • Supervise other clerical staff members
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure stock availability
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, and presentations
  • Record minutes during meetings
  • Handle phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Work Station: Addis Ababa
