Your Role:

As a Trainee Packaging Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering improved performance through effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication. You’ll work closely with shift teams, Engineering support, customer services, and supply planning to champion manufacturing excellence and ensure the quality of our beloved brews.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain cutting-edge packaging machinery to uphold quality standards.
• Receive hands-on training from seasoned professionals in brewing and packaging processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control are maintained.
• Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and optimizations.

Skill and Educational Background:

What You Bring:

• A BSc in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduates are encouraged to apply!)
