Job Requirements:

Job Title 1: WASH Officer

• Required Qualification and Experience: At least a bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Water Supply and Environmental Engineering, Hydraulic and Water Resource Engineering, Water Resource and Irrigation Engineering, or related fields with relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in rural water supply and infrastructural development, hygiene, and sanitation, preferably in Pastoral and Agro-pastoral areas of the country. At least 3 years of NGO experience, preferably working in International NGOs in Arid/Semi-Arid Areas.
• Number of Positions: 1
• Base Location: Afar Region (project district)
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Job Title 2: Human Resource Officer

• Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in human resource and administration management in Ethiopia, with at least 3 years of NGO experience in human resource management, preferably working in International NGOs in Ethiopia.
• Number of Positions: 1
• Base Location: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to the field
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension
