Position: Sales and Promotion

Job Type: On-site – Permanent (Full-time)

Experience Level: Entry level

Applicants Needed: Male/Female

Salary/Compensation: 10% commission on each sale

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Deadline: March 01/24

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of computer systems, MS Word & Excel is a plus
• Commitment to service and customer satisfaction
• Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prioritizing time management
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner

Responsibilities:

• Present and promote services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedules
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Receive feedback and work on resolving issues
• Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, services, and trends in the markets
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
