Practical credit or cash handling experience of 2 years.
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and team management skills.
Good knowledge in economic and financial topics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Branches Under West Regional Operation Office, Oromia

Skill and Educational Background:
- University Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural economics, Agriculture, or related social sciences and business fields.
- Related experience of 4 years for Degree and 6 years for Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Good communication and marketing skills.
- Motor bicycle driving skill and License.
