1. Senior Officer – Core Systems

Job Description:
The incumbent is accountable for administering and monitoring Databases, Core Banking System (CBS) & Integrate programs depending on the Core system.

Major Duties:

Execute agile development processes and programs
Implementation of change requests on the core banking system
Manage End of Day and End of Month operations of the Core programs
On-name assist and upkeep of manufacturing, improvement, and testing environments of assorted functions
Follow-up with customers and assist workers on open service requests and downside tickets, including email and phone-based assist calls.
Test and deployment of the software program fixes and minor/major releases obtained from resolution suppliers.
Run tasks from a technical perspective.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least four years related expertise with 2 years as Officer stage I/II or equal.

2. Deputy Banking Center Manager II

Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking center; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; oversee the day-to-day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service requests, and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking center are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and relevant NBE directives.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years as Senior Officer/CSO III or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Supervisory role
