1: Air Freight Specialist
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Execute AFR Ops plans and processes to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers.
- Assess and interpret freight control center requirements to support operations team with necessary details.
- Provide allocation and reservations of freight on planned carriers and flights for operational performance.
- Develop and execute plans for air freight products in various areas.
- Expand business with new clients and improve in-house customer services.
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients and achieve desired customer retention.
- Manage day-to-day shipment documentation and resolve issues to enhance productivity.
2: Ocean Freight Specialist
Skill and Educational Background:
- 2 to 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Responsibilities:
- Execute OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services.
- Assess and interpret freight control center requirements for operational performance.
- Implement freight administration for allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul.
- Develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in various sectors.
- Expand business with new clients and improve in-house customer services.
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients and achieve desired customer retention.
- Track account performances and execute pricing strategy.
- Conduct day-to-day shipment documentation and assist in shipping tenders.
