Job Position: Field Sales Representative

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 2 years of sales-related experience in FMCG environment
• Local language proficiency required for specific areas

Work Location: Various locations including Bahirdar, Jawi, Debre-Markos, Dejen, Debrebirhan & Surrounding, Shewarobit, Wereilu, Gashena, Alamata, Metema, Adigoshu, Mekelle, Mehoni (Local Language Required Areas – Mekelle, Mehoni)

Responsibilities:

• Establish, build, and maintain good working relationships with Dashen Brewery customers (existing and new)
• Segment areas (territories) and create a call schedule based on customer segment, volume, and geographic location
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
• Monitor competition and gather marketplace information
• Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback
• Provide historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Contribute to team effort by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded
• Manage sales review, stock rotation, pricing, product availability, and promotional activities with every sales call/visit
• Assess outlet branding, clutter, and overall appearance
• Ensure assets invested in the outlet are accounted for
• Support the company’s Route to Market strategy and ensure its effective implementation
• Develop visibility in outlets and in trade
• Ensure that cold beer is served
