Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities through market research, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of ZERGAW CLOUD’s offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and continuously refine sales strategies.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support sales efforts and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor landscape.
- Create compelling marketing materials across various channels to attract potential customers and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns, participate in trade shows/conferences, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Manage social media presence and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns for lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Experience in creating compelling content for marketing and sales channels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and proficiency in multitasking.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, ERP/CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Professional certifications and prior experience in media content development.
- Established media contacts and proven skills in task prioritization and organization.
