Andenet Saving and Credit Cooperative is seeking fresh and qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Officers (Sales Representatives). We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to generate leads, drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

Position: Customer Service Officers (Sales Representative)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• 0-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Persuasive with excellent negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Conducting promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Answering phone calls and providing information to esteemed customers.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
