1. Customer Associate Officer

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Salary: 14,000 Birr

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Customer Associate Officers to join our team. As a Customer Associate specializing in customer acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting interested customers to our company. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and facilitate their transition into becoming valued clients. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships to drive customer interest and ultimately contribute to the growth of our customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out potential customers.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers to introduce our services, highlight key features and benefits, and generate interest in what we offer.
• Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs and concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and provide additional information or assistance as needed.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of successfully acquiring customers or generating leads.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working outdoors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.
• Travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Research competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
• Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight key features and benefits.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
