Established in 2021, EPHTAH Specialty Coffee is a solely women-owned specialty coffee export company dedicated to building sustainable and collaborative supply chains. The company prioritizes quality and exports only the finest Ethiopian coffee.

Position: Female Graduate Trainee

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates from 2022/23.
• BA Degree in business-related fields.
• Willingness to learn.
• Initiative: must be willing and able to work independently, flexibly, and responsively.
• High levels of personal and professional integrity.
• Commitment to the success of EPHTAH Coffee and willingness to work within the existing framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate and influence a wide range of cross-sector partners and stakeholders.
