Position 1: Call Center Operator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Fluency in English and Amharic, both written and verbal (mandatory).
• Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of company products, policies, and services.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Experiences:

• Fresh Graduates aged 20 – 30.
• Proven administrative and IT skills.
• Training in the field of Call Center and related areas is desirable.

Position 2: Sales Officer

Qualification and Education Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Proactive individual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell Ride services to companies.
