Position: Operations Associate
Basic Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Travel Desk Operations: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
- Commercial Operations Support: Assist in executing commercial strategies and conducting market research.
- Field and Insurance Operations Support: Oversee call center operations and assist in field and insurance operations.
- Other Duties: Undertake tasks assigned by the management team to support Pula’s operations in Ethiopia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support, accounting, or operations roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of accounting and tax requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Amharic; additional languages a plus.
