• Female Fresh graduates of 2022/23
• BA Degree in Management, Office/Secretary Management, or Economics
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, secretarial science, or office management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, time management, and empathy skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
