Requirements:

Female Fresh graduates of 2022/23
BA Degree in Management, Office/Secretary Management, or Economics
1-2 years of experience in customer service, secretarial science, or office management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, time management, and empathy skills

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
