Betopia Properties is a prominent real estate and property company in Addis Ababa, engaged in the development of residential and commercial units with state-of-the-art design by an in-house team of experts. Since its inception as a fully-fledged property company in 2016, Betopia has handed over more than 100 residential units in prime areas. Our projects span across Addis Ababa, from Kazanchis to German Square and Olympia to Bisrate Gabriel. We are currently looking to hire qualified professionals for the following positions on a permanent basis:
Position 1: Junior Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
- Develop illustrations, logos, and designs
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
- Translate information about products and services into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs
- Advise best practices throughout design projects
- Implement feedback and changes
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create compelling designs
- Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed or presented to the highest quality
Position 2: Junior Social Media Manager
Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media tools
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media campaigns
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Conduct market research on the latest social media trends
- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
- Perform other related tasks as required
Position 3: Copywriter
Requirements:
- Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
- Familiarity with keyword research
- Experience with social media and content marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work
Responsibilities:
- Research and understand target audiences
- Write high-quality product descriptions and provide supporting content
- Produce well-written, SEO-friendly content
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of the final product
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
Position 4: Senior Social Media Manager
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategy and campaigns
- Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
- Conduct market research on the latest social media trends
- Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly
- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews
- Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
- Perform other related tasks as required
Position 5: Senior Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Communicate company messaging through graphic design software to the targeted audience
- Research and brainstorm various design ideas for content and marketing
- Ensure delivery of high-quality and original artwork
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
- Advise best practices throughout design projects
- Implement feedback and changes
- Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed or presented to the highest quality
