Ethiopia Roads Administration is seeking fresh graduates and qualified applicants for the following positions. Established in 1951 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the Ethiopian Road Authority (ERA) operates under the Ministry of Works and Urban Development. It is responsible for road construction, monitoring, maintenance of trunk and major link roads, and infrastructure project management.

ERA has regional offices located in Gondar, Shashemene, Diredawa, Jimma, and Alemgena. The vision of ERA is to achieve global competence and provide high-quality roads to Ethiopia. It aims to ensure that Ethiopians have access to an adequate, reliable, and standardized road network, thereby opening up potential development areas for rapid social and economic growth throughout the country.
