1. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR-II

Job Purpose:

Supervise the overall cash duty of the Branch, ensure daily cash balance agrees with the general ledger, and attend to the Bank’s prominent customers.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Grade: XII
Place of Work: Durame and Gode Branches

2. BRANCH MANAGER III

Job Purpose:

Support sustainable growth and profitability by cross-selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency.

Skill and Educational Background:

Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Four (4) / Six (6) years of relevant work experience; with one year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Grade: XIV
Place of Work: Kebridehar Branch

3. PROPERTY ASSESSOR-II

Job Purpose:

Support effective credit decision making by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure, governed by internal valuation guidelines.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Grade: X
Place of Work: Shire District Office

4. NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR-I

Job Purpose:

Design, install, configure, secure, and maintain the Bank’s network infrastructure and related systems to support smooth and secure functioning of day-to-day operations.

Skill and Educational Background:

BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Three (3) years relevant work experience.
Grade: XII
Place of Work: Head Office
