Position Descriptions:

1. Plant Protection Foreman

Requirements:

• BSc in Plant Science, Agronomy, or related fields.
• 0 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise pest assessors.
• Collect and review assessment reports and present them to the plant protection head for spray decisions.
• Premix all chemicals decided to be sprayed and hand over to spray teams.
• Supervise the conduction of pest assessments and spray teams.
• Calibrate spray equipment according to the type of chemical, spray equipment, and spray target.
• Supervise the handling, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of spray equipment.

2. Property Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a private company).

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in Property Management and warehouse/store operations.
• Ability to prepare regular reports and submit them to concerned parties.
• Use warehouse registers to record daily activities.
• Ensure warehouse inventory soft files are properly updated and saved.
• Ensure that bin cards are attached to each item in the warehouse.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel and Word).
• Good communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of property and store procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Moderate knowledge of ERP systems (if any).
