Position 1: Accountant
Skill and Educational Background:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance Management, or related fields with a cumulative GPA above 3.0 for male applicants and 2.5 for female applicants.
- High skill in using pastry software.
- Good written and oral English language skills.
- Good communication and technology skills.
- Previous related experience is an added advantage.

Position 2: Program Manager
Job Description:
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Lead and evaluate project managers, project coordinators, and other staff.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management.
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize association impact.
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
- Prepare reports for the immediate supervisor.
Salary:
- 40,000.00 – 45,000.00 ETB
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor/Masters of Arts Degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, Sociology, Management, Social Work, Special Needs, or other related fields.
- 3 years of experience for MA and 5 years for BA degree.
- Experience in program management, project coordination, project management, project team leadership, and related positions.
- Managing international cooperation programs is desired.
- Designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
- Good knowledge of program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation techniques and practices.
- Skill in project cycle management.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial positions.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Good English written and oral skills.
