Job Details:

• Position: CCTV Operator
• Locations: Hawassa and Kombolcha

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including live and recorded video monitoring.
• Monitor all surveillance systems within the Control Centre, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and legislation.
• Record incidents and actions clearly and accurately.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment for optimal performance.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary assistance.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Level 3/10+3 in IT, ICT, or related fields, combined with Certification in Physical Security Technology (HAS-Certified Security Associate or IBE-Intelligent Building System).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in CCTV operation.
• Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of surveillance operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Integration of safety and security policies with business operations.
