Requirements:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing management or senior marketing specialist role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing software and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling, on-brand marketing collateral.
