1. Sales and Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

The Sales and Customer Service Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s logistics services to potential clients and providing excellent customer service to existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s logistics services to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, services, and shipment tracking.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Zero years and above experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in using cash register machines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of using cash register machines.

2. Branch Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our logistics company. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the branch’s operational activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes and meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement branch-specific goals and objectives.
