Job Details:

Position: CCTV Operator
Locations: Hawassa and Kombolcha
Deadline: June 23, 2024

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including live and recorded video monitoring.
Monitor all surveillance systems within the Control Centre, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and legislation.
Record incidents and actions clearly and accurately.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment for optimal performance.
Enforce security policies and procedures, reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers.
Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary assistance.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Level 3/10+3 in IT, ICT, or related fields, combined with Certification in Physical Security Technology (HAS-Certified Security Associate or IBE-Intelligent Building System).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in CCTV operation.
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of surveillance operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Integration of safety and security policies with business operations.
