Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) PLC invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant post.

Position: Junior QA Pharmacist

Skills and Educational Background:

• Education: BSc. Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized college or university.
• Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to changing requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) are complete and the necessary data are recorded in the PC for Product Quality Review (PQR).
• Follow up on proper documentation of training records.
• Prepare PQRs for produced products.
• Prepare/review BMRs/Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) and submit them for approval.
• Revise formats and submit them to the immediate supervisor for checking and approval.
• Collect samples from validation batches at each sampling stage.
• Conduct necessary test parameters on the samples.
• Ensure that samples of validation batches are submitted/taken to the QC lab.
• Participate in cleaning validation methods.
• Participate in the validation of analytical methods.
• Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities and record results as needed as per the procedure, when assigned/required.
• Report to the immediate supervisor on daily analysis activities.
• Compile and report QA activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Perform any other activities assigned by the department head from time to time.
• Suggest ideas for implementation that may help improve the quality system.
