1. Junior Speech Therapist
- Educational Background: BSc degree in Speech Therapy
- Experience: 0 years
- Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat children with disabilities (CWDs)
- Reassess CWDs of assistant rehabilitation workers quarterly
- Advise parents and caregivers on speech therapy practices at home
- Collaborate with the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) for prescriptions and medical referrals
- Train assistant rehabilitation workers in basic speech therapy skills
- Update and upload data of CWDs in the data system
- Salary: 12,545 ETB
- Medical Allowance per Year: 15,000 ETB

2. Receptionist-Secretary
- Educational Background: Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or ICT

- Responsibilities:
- Receive all clients and prepare preliminary documents and files
- Maintain clients’ bio-data for service providers
- Perform secretarial services as required
- Salary: 7,873 ETB

3. Social Worker
- Educational Background: BA in Social Work or Sociology
- Experience: 2 years in social work
- Responsibilities:
- Record parents’ or caregivers’ assessments and counseling reports
- Plan, report, and support the social, psychological, and emotional well-being of CWDs
- Identify, select, and follow up with mothers and caregivers for socio-economic support
- Maintain up-to-date information in the data system
- Salary: 9,939 ETB
- Medical Allowance per Year: 15,000 ETB
- Transportation Allowance per Month: 500 ETB

4. Senior Physiotherapist
- Educational Background: BSc in Physiotherapy
- Experience: 6 years
- Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat children with disabilities (CWDs)
- Reassess CWDs of assistant rehabilitation workers quarterly
- Train mothers and caregivers to advocate for their children’s rights
- Collaborate with MDT for prescriptions and medical referrals
- Organize refresher training for assistant rehabilitation workers
- Supervise and support assistant rehabilitation workers
- Update and upload data of CWDs in the data system
- Salary: 18,748 ETB
- Medical Allowance per Year: 15,000 ETB
- Transportation Allowance per Month: 500 ETB
