2. Customer Service Officer

- Experience: Two years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

3. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Three years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
- Required Number: 8

4. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Four years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
- Required Number: 5
- Place of Work: Hara (North Wollo), Kelala (South Wollo), Addis Ababa
5. Branch Manager
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Six years of banking operation experience, of which two years in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
- Required Number: 5
- Place of Work: Hara (North Wollo), Kelala (South Wollo), Addis Ababa
