1. Junior Customer Service Officer

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: One or more years of work experience from any recognized organization.
Required Number: 1
Place of Work: Hara (North Wollo), Kelala (South Wollo)

2. Customer Service Officer

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Two years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
Required Number: 10
Place of Work: Hara (North Wollo), Kelala (South Wollo), Addis Ababa

3. Senior Customer Service Officer

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Three years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

4. Branch Operation Supervisor

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Four years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

5. Branch Manager

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Six years of banking operation experience, of which two years in supervisory positions is required. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
