1. Branch Manager

Place of Work: Shire and Dire Dawa
Required Number: 2

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience, including two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of Islamic Finance and Banking (IFB) will be advantageous.

2. Senior Sharia Compliance Officer

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Number: 1

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

3. Customer Service Manager

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Chagni, and Dire Dawa
Required Number: 7

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Five (5) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
