Position 1: Receptionist
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate and hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of customer handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and be a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel if needed.
- Welcome clients to the office and introduce them to the appropriate personnel.
- Obtain required details from walk-in clients, call-in clients, and through appointments.
- Register visitor and call-in details properly in the provided system.
- Provide a range of reports depending on requests from the manager or sales associate.
- Oversee the general appearance of the office and ensure supplies are well stocked.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor, logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

Position 2: Multi-Media Specialist
Skill and Educational Background:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software.
- Manage and organize design assets and files efficiently.
