Position 1: Receptionist

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate and hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of customer handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be a good team player.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel if needed.
• Welcome clients to the office and introduce them to the appropriate personnel.
• Obtain required details from walk-in clients, call-in clients, and through appointments.
• Register visitor and call-in details properly in the provided system.
• Provide a range of reports depending on requests from the manager or sales associate.
• Oversee the general appearance of the office and ensure supplies are well stocked.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor, logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

Position 2: Multi-Media Specialist

Skill and Educational Background:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and software.
• Manage and organize design assets and files efficiently.
