Position 1: Branch II Manager

• Educational Qualification: MA/MBA degree in Business Management, Marketing & Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or related field of study.
• Work Experience:
• 4 years of overall experience for MA/MBA degree holders.
• 7 years of overall experience for BA holders, with 2-3 years as a Branch I Manager in an insurance company.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Proven interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Amharic & English (both spoken & written).
• Highly motivated individuals who can execute tasks with minimal guidance are encouraged to apply.

• Age: Below 35 years

Position 2: Manager, Recruitment and On-Boarding

• Educational Qualification: MA/MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing & Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
• Work Experience:
• 10 years of overall experience with over 3 years in a related managerial position.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English (both spoken & written).
• Executive disposition and high levels of integrity.
• Ability to develop long-term integrated and cross-functional operational plans.
• Ability to operationalize strategy into action for the function.
• Ability to promote the vision, business/financial acumen, business savvy, and innovative thinking.
• Operational management skills.
