1. Junior Sales Officer

Position Summary:

Sales officers work with the sales teams to strategize on increasing customer purchases. They assist higher management in setting sales goals, oversee sales employees’ activities, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment: Permanent after completing the probationary period

Required Number: 1

Salary: Attractive salary and other benefits package

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to provide after-sales support and collect feedback.
Develop relationships and network with potential clients to establish contracts.
Create plans for business sales growth and analyze data to create action plans.
Develop customer pricing structures and risk assessments of services.
Monitor regulations and ensure customers adhere to contractual obligations.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0 years of experience.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge in marketing.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills.

2. Junior Industrial Engineer

Position Summary:

Industrial engineers design production systems to present efficient and effective solutions, integrating variables such as workers, technology, ergonomics, production flows, and product specifications.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment: Permanent after completing the probationary period

Required Number: 2

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and follow standard operational procedures.
Develop new methods to simplify production.
Improve productivity, assure quality, and reduce costs using lean principles.
Design production layouts and follow their implementation to improve efficiency.
Conduct failure mode effect and critical analysis after new product introduction.
Deploy continuous improvement initiatives.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0 years of experience.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Good knowledge in industrial engineering.
Good computer skills.
