Position: Export Assistant and Documentation Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: BA degree in Business-related fields.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

• Fresh Graduate

Competencies:

• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of commodities quality/grades, especially for coffee.
• Dedication: A hardworking individual with strong attention to given tasks.
• Integrity: Good ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Filing of documents and keeping Export Shipment Records.
• Preparation: Preparation of Export shipment Documents as per contract.
• Follow-Up: Follow up for Export Payments and Collection of Bank Advises.
• Communication: Regular communication with the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture for different tasks.
• Processing: Processing of online applications for export documentation using the Single Window system.
• Coordination: Follow up and communicate with customers, shipping lines, banks, and agents.
• Monitoring: Follow up for cleaning and packing of export cargo.
• Reporting: Regular monitoring and updating of inward and outward materials with coordination from the store team.
• Reporting: Preparation of export-related periodic reports.
• Work Ethics: Working with sincerity, discipline, timely reporting, and using excellent communication skills.
