1. Junior Accountant

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
Knowledge of ERP systems
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
Review expenses and provide financial insights to other departments such as HR and Marketing
Assist or directly involve in payroll processing
Update financial data in a timely manner to support other accounting projects
Collaborate with other team members to support the overall financial function

2. Purchaser

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management or related field.
Strong teamwork ability and excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of tracking inventory, restocking goods, and analyzing industry trends for pricing.
Assertive, self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Track inventory levels and replenish goods as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform purchasing decisions.

3. Junior IT Support

Skill and Educational Background:

Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Provide support for help desk operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Set up accounts for new users and provide training as needed.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to service issues and requests to minimize disruption to business operations.
