1: Security Guard – I (Female)

Purpose of the Job:
To support the Bank’s operations by maintaining the safety and security of the organization and its personnel, ensuring secure customer services in a welcoming environment.

Generic Functions:

• Patrolling and securing the area, ensuring the protection of properties and facilities.
• Authorizing the entrance of people and vehicles.
• Reporting any suspicious behaviors and incidents.

Specific Functions:

• Averting inventory losses by reporting missing items, inconsistencies, and damaged property.
• Using radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner, if appropriate.
• Preparing written reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Handling other related duties as required.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Qualification 1: 8th Grade Complete
• Experience: Two years of relevant experience in Military/Police service.
• Qualification 2: 10th/12th Grade Complete
• Experience: Four years of experience as a lady searcher.

Age: Between 25-50

Place of Work: Enewari, Shashemene
