1. Manager – Interior Office Works Division (Re-advertised)

Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/00703/24)
Skill and Educational Background:

BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction Projects Management and Computer related courses in Engineering (AutoCAD, SAP and/or Arch Cad)
Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory position
Experience in Banking Operations (highly desirable)

Job Summary:

Preparing architectural and interior design, technical specifications, and office layouts
Evaluating proposed technical documents and reviewing design drawings
Supporting heat and ventilation systems for buildings and controlling the quality of works

2. Area Manager

Locations:

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory position

Job Summary:

Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the major functions of assigned branches
Facilitating branch expansion, evaluating operational activities, and leading marketing and business development within assigned branches

3. Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Locations:

Branches Under South, Hawassa, Region (V.No HO/00707/24)
Leka & Nekemte Branches – Nekemte Town (V.No HO/00708/24)
Bishoftu Branch – Bishoftu Town (V.No HO/00709/24)
Jimma Branch – Jimma Town (V.No HO/00710/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector, of which 3 years in a supervisory position

Job Summary:

Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling banking activities
Ensuring adherence to operating procedures, regulations, and the bank’s code of practice
Leading branch sales, customer service initiatives, and preparing annual budgets and reports

4. Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking III

Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/00711/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking sector, of which 3 years in a supervisory role

Job Summary:

Managing financial relationships to meet deposit and loan growth goals
Attracting new customers and managing existing ones
Promoting and selling the bank’s products and services

5. Manager – Regional Interest Free Banking (IFB)

Locations:

Dessie Regional Office (V.No HO/00712/24)
South, Hawassa, Regional Office (V.No HO/00713/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in interest-free banking services
Professional certificates in relation to IFB (added advantage)

Job Summary:

Managing follow-up and support activities for the bank’s IFB products and services
Engaging with branch staff to resolve challenges and facilitate communication

6. Regional – Credit Analysis and Follow-Up Manager

Locations:

South West, Jimma, Regional Office (V.No HO/00714/24)
Dessie Regional Office (V.No HO/00715/24)
East, Dire Dawa, Regional Office (V.No HO/00716/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience, of which 4 years in credit-related areas or as a Credit Analyst

7. Relationship Manager – Personal & SME Banking II, and Business Banking II

Location: Addis Ababa (V. No HO/00718/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 9 years’ experience in the banking sector, of which 3 years in a supervisory role

Job Summary:

Managing financial relationships to meet deposit and loan growth goals
Attracting new customers and managing existing ones

8. Relationship Manager – Personal & SME Banking I, and Business Banking I

Skill and Educational Background:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the banking sector, of which 3 years in a supervisory role

Job Summary:

9. Senior – Electrical Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa (HO/00720/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

BSC in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in electrical design and installation of buildings
License as a professional engineer and experience in the construction industry (preferable)
Proficiency in computer software for electrical works design

Job Summary:

Formulating, implementing, supervising, maintaining, and renovating electrical works of the bank’s buildings and facilities

10. Legal Officer

Location: Dessie Regional Office (V. No HO/00721/24)

Skill and Educational Background:

LL.B. Degree in Law
Minimum of 3 years of work experience

Job Summary:

Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Providing legal advice to regional managers and staff

Term of Employment: Permanent
