Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. They will ensure compliance with the Bank’s operating procedures, rules, and code of practices, as well as regulatory directives and country laws. The Branch Manager will coordinate the sales and business development efforts of the branch, lead customer service initiatives, and guide branch operational excellence. They will also prepare and submit annual budgets, work plans, and activity and progress reports. Additionally, the jobholder will participate in community activities and maintain close relationships with the business community to promote the Bank’s services.
