Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving issues effectively, and contributing to our company’s success.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA graduate in a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Proven presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven time management skills

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in related functions will make you stand out

2. HR Officer/Office Administrator

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Attractive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer/Office Administrator with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and performing office administration activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices and office administration, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
