• BSc in Urban Design Architecture or Graphics Design
• No prior experience required

• Good understanding of Architectural and Urban Planning and Design Graphic Presentation
• Proficiency in Graphic Software (Urban Design, Architectural and Planning Software)
• High level of creativity and imagination
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness
• Ability to work quickly due to project time constraints

2. Engineer III

Skill and Educational Background:

• PhD, MSc, or BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management
• For PhD: 0 years of experience
• For MSc: 2 years of experience
• For BSc: 4 years of experience

• Preferred experience with large-scale urban design projects, including Master Planning, Urban Design, and Detailed Engineering Design
• Excellent understanding of the subject matter
• Strong planning, communication, and management skills
• Positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness
• Ability to work quickly due to project time constraints
• Basic programming skills
• Proficiency in Electrical Software, Revit, CAD, and similar modeling & presentation software
• Ability to integrate designs from different project team members to create a unified set of information without component clashes
