1. Field Sales Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Work Experience: 0 years of work experience, marketing training.
• Required No: 50 (Fifty).
• Salary: 10,000 Birr + 4.25% Commission.
• Additional Skills: Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and excellent time management.

2. Sales Coordinator

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Degree in engineering, natural science, or similar disciplines.
• Work Experience: 2 years as Real Estate Sales Coordinator or 4 years as Real Estate Sales Officer.
• Required No: 9.
• Salary: 25,000 Birr.
• Commission: 0.9% commission from group sales and 4.25% commission from individual sales.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
• Additional Skills: Team coordination, leadership, training, strong work culture, good communication skills, and excellent time management.

3. Senior Field Sales Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, management, engineering, social science, or similar disciplines.
• Work Experience: 2 years of experience in real estate sales, able to demonstrate effective sales performance.
• Required No: 50.
• Salary: 16,000 Birr + 4.25% Commission.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
• Additional Skills: Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and excellent time management.
