Position: Program Officer, Ethiopia Sustainable Peace Activity
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (with substantial fieldwork)
Supervisor Title: Program Manager

Position Purpose:
The Program Officer will support community-level response initiatives through rapid assessment, project idea development, activity design, and implementation. The role involves direct implementation and working through partnerships, relationship management, monitoring, and documenting lessons learned.
