Doctors with Africa CUAMM, an international NGO based in Italy and established in 1950, is inviting qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions. CUAMM has been operating in Ethiopia since 1980 and is currently active in Addis Ababa, Wolisso, Gambella, Jigjiga, Jinka, and Debre-Berhan.

1. Accountant

Location: Woliso

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field
• A minimum of three years’ relevant experience
• Good communication skill in English
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word, and Excel
• Be a team player and communicator, able to work under minimal supervision
• Previous experience within a humanitarian aid organization (INGO) is a plus

2. HR Assistant

Location: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

• BA degree in HRM, Business Administration, or any other related field
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience
• INGO experience is a plus
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

3. Project Admin

Location: Gambella and Tigray, Shire

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience with a humanitarian aid organization (INGO)
• Good accounting skills, experience in Peachtree accounting system is an asset
• Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skill in English – spoken and written
• Italian language communication is an asset

4. Senior Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

• BA degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with a humanitarian aid organization (INGO)
• Proven experience with double entry accounting system
• Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written
• Experience in working with AICS-Italian Cooperation financed projects is an asset
• Good Italian language communication is an asset

5. Senior Finance Supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

Skill and Educational Background:

• Master degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with a humanitarian aid organization (INGO)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leading position
• Proven experience with double entry accounting system
• Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written
• Experience in working with AICS-Italian Cooperation financed projects is an asset
• Good Italian language communication is an asset
