1. Secretary Cashier

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: Diploma or Level IV with Certificate of Competency (COC) in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administering Office and Secretarial Technology, Accounts and Budget Service, Secretarial Science, Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations, or Secretarial Technology.
  • Experience: Not required, but those with experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Job Grade: III
  • Place of Work: Jigjiga Branch

2. Customer Complaint Handling Officer II

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Banking and Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
  • Job Grade: VII
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Contact Office Head

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or in a similar position.
  • Job Grade: VII
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

4. Senior Life & Health Insurance Underwriting/Claims Officer

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or in a similar position.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

5. Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields, or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administering Office and Secretarial Technology, Accounts and Budget Service, Secretarial Science, Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations, or Secretarial Technology.
  • Experience: None for BA Degree holders and four years relevant experience for Diploma holders, of which two years as Secretary II.
  • Job Grade: VII
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

6. Assistant Branch Manager

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 7 years relevant experience, of which 1 year in Branch Manager II position or in a similar position.
  • Job Grade: X
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

7. Branch Manager I

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years relevant experience, of which 2 years in Senior Underwriting Officer or Senior Claims Officer, or 1 year as Contact Office Head, or 3 years as Underwriting Officer II or Claims Officer II, or in a similar position.
  • Job Grade: VIII
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

8. Life and Health Insurance Service Manager

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 9 years relevant experience, of which 4 years in managerial position in core insurance.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

9. Assistant Finance and Investment Department Manager

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 9 years relevant experience.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

10. Company Secretary

  • Job Requirement:
  • Education Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Public Administration, Insurance and Banking, Economics, English Language & Literature, Law, or related fields.
  • Experience: 9 years relevant experience.
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
