Qualification:

MA/MSc/BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
4/5 years of general work experience, with 2 years in audit or an equivalent position in the banking industry.

Salary: As per the bank’s scale
Job Grade: XI

Language Requirement: Ability to listen, speak, read, and write ‘Afaan Oromoo’ is mandatory; proficiency in English and other local languages is advantageous.

2. Bank Trainee

Qualification:

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or related fields.
No prior work experience required.
Exit Exam: Pass.
Year of Graduation: 2023 or 2024.
Age: ≤ 28 years old.

Language Requirement: Ability to listen, speak, read, and write ‘Afaan Oromoo’ is mandatory; proficiency in English and other local languages is advantageous.

Workplace: Head Office & all districts
