1. Agronomist

Job Purpose:

• Research, plan, and implement farms’ planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques to improve crop yield.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: BSc or MSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields
• Experience: 2 years for BSc, 0 years for MSc

Skills:

• Strong research skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills

• Pest Control & Management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
