Kerchanshe Trading Company, a leader in the coffee export industry in Ethiopia, invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant posts:

1. Purchaser

Location: Western Arsi, Western Guji, Gedeo, Jimma, Wollega

Number of Vacancies: 5

Job Purpose:
To support smooth operation of the company by effectively procuring inputs, supplies, and other items in the right quantities and qualities and ensuring timely deliveries.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • Diploma/BA Degree in Purchasing, Business Management, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years for Diploma & 0 years for BA
  • Skills:
  • Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems
  • Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher amongst others
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement statutes
  • Ability to compile, review, categorize, prioritize, analyze, and interpret data and/or information
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills

  • Experience: 2 years for BA & 0 years for MA
  • Skills:
  • Communication skills
