Established in 2012 with 39 visionary shareholders, Lucy Insurance has grown its paid-up capital from Birr 8,035,000 to Birr 75,000,000 as per the directive of the National Bank of Ethiopia. Today, the company boasts 508 shareholders and aims to increase its paid-up capital to Birr 200,000,000.

1. Executive Secretary

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BA degree in Management, Administrative Science, or related field of study or College Diploma/TVET Level 4 in Secretarial Science.
• Relevant Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with a BA degree and 8 years with a Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management position.

2. Junior Accountant

• Skill and Educational Background:
• BA Degree in Accounting from a recognized university or college.
• Relevant Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
